Important note
Sri Lanka’s capital, biggest city and major port has its supporters and detractors. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning or afternoon. Tour will begin from the Fort area of Colombo which has been a fort during the times of Portuguese and Dutch. We will drive through the commercial areas and drive past Pettah, a colorful Oriental bazaar with a mix of people, ancient vehicles, bargains, mosques and temples. You have a chance to see a Hindu Temple, Buddhist Temple and a Mosque of Colombo. Continue your tour to see the Wolfendhal Dutch Church, Hulfts dorp Law Courts as driving along the residential area of Cinnamon Gardens. We will also visit the Independence Square and Bandaranayake Memorial International Conference Hall before returning to the hotel.

Negombo is in the heart of Sri Lanka’s fishing industry. A famous tourist resort and fishing town located North of Colombo with a rich colonial history. The city’s fish market is quite possibly the island’s best. Large catches of fish, tuna, seer, marlin, shark, barracuda and swordfish, nestled beside lagoon prawns, crabs and lobster. Due to its significant Catholic population, Negombo is dominated by shrines and picturesque churches. Negombo offers some of the better beaches on the west coast of Sri Lanka, and draws tourists who stop over for a day on their way to or from the airport. Some quiet stretches of the beach are maintained by the tourist hotels, while others are always busy with fisherman and their equipment. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning or afternoon. In this tour we will visit the Negombo Lagoon, a Fish Auction, the Dutch Fort and a Catholic Church. A Lunch stop will be made available according to your need & time (Lunch is optional). In the late evening transfer back to Colombo hotel.

Hikkaduwa is a small town on the south coast, Southern Province of Sri Lanka about 17 km north-west of Galle. The city is famous for its beach, surfing, corals and vibrant night life. Hikkaduwa invites travellers and water sport lovers to indulge in holidays filled with the sun, sand and sea. If you want to shop in Hikkaduwa, plenty is offered such as clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, batiks and paintings, etc. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning by 09:00 am and leave for Hikkaduwa. Relax have fun and enjoy at the beach. A Lunch stop will be made available according to your need & time (Lunch is optional). On our way back to Colombo, visit a mask factory in the town of Ambalangoda which is famous for traditional hand carved masks & hand painted puppets. Visit the Turtle hatchery in Kosgoda which is being operated by the Wild Life Protection Society of Sri Lanka. Several species of turtles, especially the endangered hawksbill are protected here. In the late evening transfer back to Colombo hotel.

Kithulgala is 90 Kilometers (two and a half drive) from Colombo, located on the banks of the Kelani River (the broadest river flowing though Kithulgala ), was the main location where the Oscar winning movie “Bridge on the River Kwai” was filmed. On the hill above this town is a prehistoric cave and was recently discovered containing large maidens of shells from some unknown civilization. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning by 09:00am and leave for Kithulgala to enjoy white water rafting. Galle is a city situated on the southwestern tip of Sri Lanka, 119 km from Colombo. Galle is the capital city of Southern Province of Sri Lanka and it lies in Galle District. We will pick you up from your hotel in the morning by 09:00am and leave for Galle. On our way to Galle we’ll drive across the new Southern Express Highway. Our first stop will be a visit to the Galle Fort (spanning 90 acres) which was originally built by the Portuguese and later extended by the Dutch in 1663. This is also a World Heritage Site. A Lunch stop at Galle will be made available according to your need & time (Lunch is optional).
